Reads and interprets complex engineering drawings and work-process documentation. Designs, builds, and repairs molds used to mass-produce plastic components. Builds precision mold components using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting machines and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, lathes, mills, and electrical discharge machines.
Work with the print room supervisor and coordinator in order to meet production schedules. Set up machines to print from one to eight colors on different size pails. Responsible for the crew assigned to that machine. Keep the down time to a minimum and change over times to be held within standards. Responsible for the production and quality produced off the machine you’re assigned.
The Injection Molding Project Engineer is responsible for but not limited to planning, directing, and coordinating tooling and corporate projects well as interactions with Customer, Production, quality, designing molds, quoting projects, and coordinating the smooth transitions of prospects to customers. This position reports directly to the COO.
Corporate Trainer will be responsible for helping internal employees develop their skills and knowledge for their position. Corporate Trainer will be able to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of personnel.
Must be creative and effective in producing designs for M & M Industries and our external customers. Will need to be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously and stay highly organized. Must be able to create designs based on current market trends as well as fulfill simple client requests.
The Tool Shop Manager is responsible for safety leadership and all mold maintenance operations, including equipment safety, repairs, R&D and mold uptime as well as the maintenance and housekeeping of the mold shop with the goal of maximizing machine productivity and uptime. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Shift Leads are integral members of the M & M Industries Inc. team and responsible for implementing and sustaining change, controlling inventory and material flow, ensuring to meet the needs of customers, and driving the bottom line results.
Production Operators are responsible for the assembling and packing pails or lids. To correctly install handles or triggers into the product in a timely manner. Detail to quality is important to meet our customer’s standards. Be flexible and able to multi- task as needed. Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions
